The Youth Leadership and Ambassador Program focuses on developing leadership capacity, civic responsibility, and community engagement among young people. Youth participants receive leadership training and are encouraged to serve as community ambassadors, supporting seniors programs, cultural events, and public engagement activities.

Through mentorship and hands-on involvement, participants strengthen interpersonal skills, teamwork, and civic awareness while gaining experience in community outreach and program facilitation.
